The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia for quashing the symbolic possession notice dated 29.08.2016 (Annexure P-10). A further prayer for issuance of a writ in the nature of prohibition has also been made restraining the UCO Bank from proceedings qua residential House No.155/20 situated at Gandhi Nagar, near Patel Nagar, Hisar, measuring 83 sq. yards under the provisions of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.
