Feeling aggrieved against the alleged inaction on the part of respondent authorities, petitioner has approached this court by way of instant writ petition, under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that when the genuine grievance of the petitioner was not being redressed, it approached the respondent authorities by way of representation dated 7.12.2015 (Annexure P-12), but the same is also pending decision. She further submits that the petitioner shall be satisfied in case respondent no.4 is directed to look into the matter and pass appropriate order on the representation dated 7.12.2015 (Annexure P-12).

expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, including the issue of limitation, ASE/Chemical, Chemical Department/Water, Guru Gobind Singh Super Thermal Plant, Rupnagar-respondent no.4 is directed to consider the grievance of the petitioner raised vide its representation dated 7.12.2015 (Annexure P-12) and pass an appropriate order thereon, strictly in accordance with law and at an early date, but in any case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
With the abovesaid observations made and directions issued, present writ petition stands disposed of.
