State has filed affidavit of Manbir Kaur, Sub Inspector, SHO, Police Stattion Women, Bathinda in compliance of the order dated 16.11.2016. The inquiry report Annexure R/T-1 and the joining report R/T2 alongwith the statements Annexures R/T-3 to R/T-6 have been appended. Attested copies have also been supplied to counsel for the petitioner.
Keeping in view the above, this Court is of the opinion that the information which is sought by the petitioner has been supplied and no further cause of action is left in the present writ petition and the same is accordingly disposed of as such.
