Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from HC Raj Kumar, Police Station, Sohana, District SAS Nagar (Mohali) submits that in view of the compromise, so effected and the statements suffered by the aggrieved person, the Investigating Agency is proposing to submit the final/ untraced report after obtaining the necessary sanction from the competent authority.
