This is a petition for transfer of the investigation and clubbing of 12 FIRs, registered at different districts of Punjab. The provisions of Section 407 Cr.P.C. are not applicable for transfer of the investigation but for transfer of the trial.
Counsel for the petitioners, in view of the said circumstances, seeks permission to withdraw the petition.
Disposed of as withdrawn without prejudice to the other legal
rights of the petitioners.
