In view of petitioner earlier having been found innocent; dual version having cropped up and he having put in appearance before the trial court,as per counsel for the petitioner, though counsel is not able to place on record any document in this regard, the petition can be allowed.
The petition is allowed. It is ordered that the petitioner will furnish bail bonds on the next date of hearing, which will be accepted by the trial court. It will be open to the petitioner to furnish the surety bonds of the same persons, who stood surety for the petitioner. It is made clear that in case the interim order has not been complied with and the petitioner has not put in appearance before the trial court pursuant to the interim orders dated 141.2016, this petition will be deemed to have been dismissed.
