Petitioners have sought a direction to official respondents to protect their life and liberty as they are being harassed at the hands of respondent no. 4 Bharvinder Kaur.
It appears that there are some domestic issues between the parties. There is nothing to show that respondent no. 4 who is a married lady can harass or harm the petitioners in any manner. Petition appears to be totally frivolous. Dismissed.
Petitioners shall, however, be at liberty to avail
alternative remedy, if any.
