Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.45 dated 27.5.2014 for offences punishable under Sections 22,25,61,85 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act,1985 registered with PS Jodhan, District Ludhiana Rural.
There was a recovery of 50 grams of intoxicating powder and petitioner was enlarged on bail on 8.8.2014.
For his solitary absence on 12.1.2016 before the trial Court, his bail bonds had been cancelled and NBWs issued.
Vide order dated 4.4.2016 while issuing notice of motion, petitioner, on surrendering before the trial court within 10 days, was directed to be released on interim bail.

At the time of hearing,learned counsel submits that pursuant to the said order petitioner has surrendered before the trial court on 08.4.2016 and was released on interim bail.
The said factual position is not disputed by the learned State counsel.
In view of the above, interim bail granted by the trial court pursuant to the order dated 4.4.2016 passed by this court, is made absolute.
