Four accused petitioners,summoned to face trial, are seeking grant of anticipatory bail in criminal complaint no.62 dated 27.11.2013 under Sections 500/506 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the SC/ST Act,PS Sadar Gurdaspur.
It is contended that a false case has been foisted as a counter blast to the civil litigation pending between the parties.
Vide order dated 31.3.2016 while issuing notice of motion, petitioners, on surrendering before the trial court within 10 days, were directed to be released on interim bail.
At the time of hearing,learned counsel submits that pursuant to the said order petitioners have surrendered before the trial
