Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.52 dated 24.5.2015 under Sections 21/22/61/85 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act,1985,PS Sadar Banga,Distt.SBS Nagar.
Recovery of 260 grams of intoxicating powder was effected from the petitioner on 24.5.2015. Due to non-receipt of FSL report, petitioner was released on interim bail vide order dated 14.9.2015. Since the FSL report has now been received,hence this petition.
At the time of hearing,learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the petition.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
