on the plea that the petitioner is to attend the marriage of daughter of his paternal aunt “Bua” ,fixed for 31.3.2016.
Upon notice, learned State counsel has filed reply.
It is contended that trial is at the last stage and grant of
interim bail would unnecessarily delay its conclusion.
In view of the above,no ground for interim bail is made out.
