Perusal of the order, dated 6.9.2016 (Annexure R-1), reveals that the representation of the petitioner has been rejected.
In my view, the order, dated 17.1.2015, passed by this Court in CWP No. 23585 of 2011, has been duly complied with.
In view of above, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and disposed of accordingly.
