Prayer in this petition was for quashing of FIR no.138 dated 10.8.2014 under Sections 325,323,34 IPC (Section 308 IPC added later on) PS Sadar,Muktsar city and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 15.6.2015(P-2).
Vide order dated 25.8.2015 parties were directed to get their statements recorded with regard to genuineness of the compromise.
At the time of hearing today,learned counsel for the petitioners states that complainant has since backed out from the compromise and therefore prays for permission to withdraw the present petition.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
