Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.36 dated 19.3.2015 under Section 420 IPC, PS Daresi, Ludhiana, Distt.Ludhiana.
Petitioner no.1 Babita Mehra and petitioner no.2 Jashan Mehra are wife and son of main accused Sanjay Mehra. The allegation against them is that they in connivance with main accused have duped the owners of M/s PK Knitwear by purchasing goods worth Rs.2.90 lacs in the name of M/s Ponahari Traders and refused payment of the same. On investigations, it has been found that there is no firm by the name of M/s Ponahari Traders.
