Learned State counsel has placed on record statements of the petitioners received through HC Kashmir Singh, Police Station Behrampur, District Gurdaspur whereby the petitioners have shown that threat perception no more subsists. The present petition has become infructuous.
Dismissed as having become infructuous.
However, the petitioners shall be at liberty to move this Court
again in case any such eventuality arise.
