The argument of counsel for the petitioner Mr. Ashok Kumar Sama that the petitioner in consonance with the previous orders dated 10.4.2015 has appeared before the trial court and has been admitted to interim bail has not been controverted by the learned State counsel.
In view of the aforesaid, interim order dated 10.4.2015 is made absolute. The petitioner is directed to appear before the trial court regularly. The present petition stands disposed off.
