Applicant seeks disposal of the appeal in view of the compromise arrived at between the parties.
On the joint request made by learned counsel for the parties, date of hearing of the case is ordered to be preponed from 19.5.2014, to today.
On the request and with the consent of the parties, the appeal is taken up on board for final disposal.
Learned counsel for the parties are ad-idem that the dispute has been amicably settled between the parties, they being brother and sister. Compromise deed dated 19.2.2014 has been placed on record. Learned counsel for the parties jointly pray that the appeal may be disposed of in terms of the compromise arrived at between the parties.

through which the parties have amicably settled the dispute.

The compromise deed shall form part of the decree and the parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions thereof.
Accordingly, the instant application is allowed and the Regular Second Appeal stands disposed of.
