adverse to that of the minor. So, the present suit has been filed by plaintiff no.2 through his mother It has further been stated that plaintiffs own 23 Marlas in land bearing Khewat No.169 Khatauni No.356, Khasra no.950 (44),951(0-4), 952(5-13),956(1-0) situated in the area of village Laroi Tehsil and District, Jalandhar. The defendants have taken forcible possession of the plot as detailed in the head note of plaint and thereafter has raised construction upto plinth level and after that one pucca manager (khurli) has been constructed over the same. The defendants have got no right, title and interest over the said plot. They are head strong persons. Taking advantage of the minority of the plaintiff no.2, defendants after taking forcible possession raised construction upto plinth level over the same. It has further been stated that the defendants have further threatened to raise construction over the said plot, inspite of the fact that they have got no right to do so. The defendants have been requested several times to remove the construction illegally raised by them over the said plot and hand over vacant possession of the same to the plaintiffs, but they have refused to do so and threatened to raise further construction over the said plot. Hence, the present suit.
