We fail to appreciate why a Latter Patent Appeal has been preferred against an ad-interim order dated 03.02.2014 and brought up before us for the first time today when the Civil Writ Petition is already listed before the learned Single Judge for 10.03.2014. It is for the appellant to urge the matter before learned Single Judge, who is yet to take final view in the matter.
Dismissed, with liberty to make submissions before learned
