The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner-Society apprehending that in view of the order (Annexure P-15) passed by the Chief Administrator, Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (for short, 'GMADA') in the case of another Cooperative House Building Society, namely, Dr.Ambedkar Cooperative House Building Society Limited, the petitioner's claim regarding correct fixation of allotment price is likely to be turned down.

We find from the paper-book that the petitionersociety has raised various contentions duly supported with documents so as to counter the reasons assigned by the Authority in the impugned order (Annexure P15). Since the petitioner-Society's claim has not been rejected so far, we dispose of this writ petition at this stage with liberty to the

petitioner-Society to submit a supplementary representation alongwith supporting documents to the Chief Administrator, GMADA, who shall hear the President of the petitioner-Society in person and shall consider the material relied upon by the petitioner-Society while deciding its claim for determination of allotment price. We are quite sanguine that the Chief Administrator, GMADA, shall decide the petitioner's claim dispassionately and without being influenced of the previous order (Annexure P15).

Let appropriate decision be taken within a period of three months from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order.
