Balwan Singh Lohan Vs State of Haryana & Ors.

The grievance of the petitioner in the instant writ petition is that his revision petition has been dismissed by the Financial Commissioner-cum-Principal Secretary, Town and Country Planning Department, Haryana, vide the impugned order dated 28.02.2014 (Annexure P-5) without hearing him and on an erroneous premise that it was not maintainable. It is contended that had there been an opportunity of hearing, the petitioner would have persuaded the Authority to hold that revision petition was actually maintainable.

Since the above-stated order appears to have been passed by the Revisional Authority without giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, we dispose of this
