The petitioner seeks allotment of a plot under the 'Oustees quota' in terms of the Government Policy dated 18.03.1992 (Annexure P-4).

It is averred that the petitioner's land fully described in para No.2 of the writ petition and situated within the revenue estate of village Khairpur, Tehsil and District Sirsa, was acquired by the State of Haryana vide notifications dated 19.12.2002 and 18.12.2003 issued under Sections 4 & 6 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, for the development of Sectors 19 & 20 at Sirsa. The petitioner submits that in terms of the Government policies issued from time to time, he falls in the category of 'oustees' and is entitled to allotment of a residential plot under the Oustees quota. The petitioner is said to have applied for such allotment on 5.11.2010 and thereafter made a representation dated 27.05.2012 followed by a legal notice dated 08.05.2013 (Annexure P-9). taken on his application/representation that he has approached this Court.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the nature of relief sought by him, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the respondents to consider the above-mentioned claim of the petitioner in accordance with law/Government/HUDA policies framed from time to time and decide the same by passing a speaking order within a period of three months from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order.
