The petitioner impugns the notifications dated 23.02.2007 (Annexure P-1) and 20.03.2008 (Annexure P-2) issued under Sections 4 & 6 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act'), respectively, in respect of

The instant writ petition is accordingly disposed of in terms of the above-stated order.
