Since this Court has already issued directions in several cases that allotment to oustees be made in a transparent manner by inviting applications from all the eligible claimants and in a time bound manner, we dispose of

CWP No.8526 of 2014 [2] this writ petition with a direction to the respondents to invite claims of all the eligible oustees and if need be, hold the limited draw of lots and make necessary allotments as early as possible but not later than six months from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order.
