Learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record in Court today an affidavit on behalf of the respondents. It is stated in the affidavit that the tender sent by the petitioners by Registered Post on 21.3.2014 at 12.30 p.m. was received by the respondents on 24.3.2014, which will be considered along with other tenders, which are to be opened on 26.3.2014.
The affidavit also assures that the matter of alleged irregularity in the petitioners being blocked from submitting the tender, is being looked into and that e-tendering process has already started for two districts. The time period required for it to be adopted for all districts is stated to be from the next year

onwards.
In view of the aforesaid, the grievance of the petitioners stands satisfied and the petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
