After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the appellants states that he would like to approach the concerned respondent-authorities to seek relaxation in the first paper as, according to him, the course content of the first paper is the same for both the examinations qua the diplom a and the degree.
We m ake it clear that in view of the restricted submission of learned counsel for the appellants, he m ay do so and the authorities are not precluded from considering the representation of the appellants despite the impugned order.
The appeal accordingly stands disposed of.
All pending applications accordingly do not survive for
consideration and stand disposed of.
