This petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to release the payment amounting to Rs. 56,814/- for the material supplied during the year 2010-11, along with interest @ 18% p.a from the date of entitlement till its realization.
The petitioner has not been given payment for the material supplied by him during the year 2010-11. In this regard, the petitioner has given representation dated 05.01.2014 (Annexure P-1), but no action has been taken thereon till date
In view o the above position, this petition, at this stage is being disposed of without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, by giving a direction to respondent No. 3 and 4 to look in to the representation of the petitioner (Annexure P-1) and decide the same in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
