This petition was admitted on 14.12.1993.

Counsel for respondent No.3-Mr. Deepak Suri was informed but he has chosen not to appear in this case.

Keeping in view that the Maturity Bonds which the petitioner had purchased stood matured on 11.1.1989 and the respondents were liable to make the payment of bonds.

The petition, at this stage, is disposed of by giving a direction to respondents No. 1 and 2 to release the Certificate No.30/3277,Table/Terms-20/5 to the petitioner within three months, if it has not already been released.
