Tehal Singh & Ors. Vs State of Punjab & Ors.

The short prayer made in this writ petition is that the petitioners are said to have filed a statutory appeal against the order dated 03.06.2014 which is pending before respondent No.5, namely, the District Development and Panchayat Officer-cum-Collector, Sri Muktsar Sahib. The petitioners have averred that the aforesaid appeal is pending for last more than four months and owing to the urgency, the same deserves to be decided at the earliest.
