The petitioner prays for quashing of the result declared on 21.06.2012 and 10.06.2013 whereby the petitioner was shown absent in the subject of Mathematics and for declaration of result. In the written statement, it has been averred that mistake has occurred inadvertently due to oversight and the correct result has been declared on 26.09.2013 and the petitioner has been declared pass in the paper of Mathematics.
Thus, in view of the above stand taken, present writ petition has been rendered infructuous and the same is disposed of accordingly.
