Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the
relief claim by the petitioners in this writ petition has also
been claimed by them by filing representation dated 3.7.2013
(Annexure P-8) which is now pending before the Chief
Administrator, HUDA. It is further submitted that till date no
decision has been taken on the petitioners’ representation.
After hearing learned counsel for the petitioners, we
dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the fourth
respondent to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law on
the representation-Annexure P/8 filed by the petitioners
expeditiously, preferably, within a period of three months from
the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
