Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Narinder Kumar, who is present in court submits that only two official witnesses remain to be examined. Prosecution shall ensure that they are examined at the earliest. Prosecution would not delay trial any further.
Under the circumstances, there is no ground to enlarge
the petitioner on bail at this stage. Dismissed.
However, in case trial does not conclude within a period of three months, fresh right shall accrue to petitioner to be enlarged on bail.
