The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to call the petitioner for interview for the MBA course run by the respondent-university in pursuance of the entrance test held on 23.07.1995. The prayer for rounding off was made to make the petitioner eligible.
The writ petition was ordered to be heard alongwith CWP No.
11903 of 1995, Madhur Raj Jain vs. Kurukshetra University and others.
The said writ petition was decided on 08.12.1995 and the claim for rounding off was negatived and the writ petition was dismissed.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is also dismissed. It is also pertinent to mention that the course is over since long and even the petitioner has lost interest in the present litigation.
