Petitioners are seeking direction to respondents no.1 and 2 to register FIR against respondents No.6 to 10 and thereafter to arrest them.
On notice, reply has been filed on behalf of the State by Deputy Superintendent of Police, Indri, Karnal stating that respondents No.6 and 7 were arrested on 23.12.2011 and thereafter, on completion of investigation against them Challan was presented in court on 25.01.2012 and they are facing trial. So far as respondents No.8 and 9 are concerned, they have been summoned to face trial trial by the trial court by allowing the application of prosecution filed under Section 319 Cr.P.C. on 20.02.2014. respondent No.10 is concerned, there are no proceedings pending against him.
Hence, in view of the above, no further order is required to be
passed in this petition.
