M/S Shambhu Dayal Modern School Vs State of Haryana and Ors.

The petitioner was seeking direction for grant of security so that no disruptive activity takes place in and around the school. There was an agitation going on out side the school by the retrenched employees of the school.

In compliance of the order dated 6.7.2012 due security has been provided to the petitioner as per reply dated 13.9.2012 filed by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sonepat.
