CWP No. 2299 of 2012 titled as Kewal Singh vs. Commissioner,
Jalandhar Division & ors., he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to prefer revision petition before Financial Commissioner.
Learned State counsel does not oppose the plea.
In view of above, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn
with aforesaid liberty.
