The dispute in the present writ petition is regarding illegal affiliation of the International Institute of Veterinary Education and Research, Bahu Akbarpur, Rohtak. Admittedly, the said institute has not been arrayed as a respondent.
Faced with the situation, counsel for the petitioner prays for liberty to withdraw the present petition to file a fresh one on the same cause of action.
