The petitioner has prayed for grant of emergency parole
on the ground that he is to look after his ailing mother who
requires treatment of her eyes for which she has been advised
operation.
The eye-operation is not a very serious ailment. We,
thus, find no ground to release the petitioner on emergency
parole.
Dismissed.
