the petitioners had already moved a representation (Annexure

P-4) before the Superintendent of Police, Jhajjar.

Keeping in view the seriousness of the matter but

without going into the validity of the marriage, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Superintendent of Police, Jhajjar, to take action as warranted by law on the representation moved by the petitioners and in the meantime to issue necessary orders to ensure that no harm is caused to the lives and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondent Nos. 4 to 10.
