Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order passed by this Court on 28.08.2014, the petitioner has joined investigation. The factum of joining investigation has been affirmed by learned counsel for UT Chandigarh on instructions from ASI Balbir Singh.
In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for UT Chandigarh, the interim order dated 28.08.2014 passed by this Court is made absolute.
Disposed of accordingly.
