Learned State counsel on instructions from HC Nathi Ram submits that the case before the trial Court is fixed for today and all prosecution witnesses have been examined except two witnesses and chief examination of one of the witness has been recorded.
In view of stage of the trial, no ground is made out to grant
regular bail to the petitioner.
Dismissed.
