Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that FIR No.50 dated 09.05.2014 under Sections 148, 341, 323, 324, 326(added later on), 506 read with Section 149 Indian Penal Code, has been got registered by the petitioner at Police Station Verowal, District Tarn Taran but the police is not taking any action despite representation (Annexure P-3).
Without expressing any opinion on the merits, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2 to look into the grievance of petitioner made in representation (Annexure P-3) in accordance with law.
