After hearing learned counsel for the parties, it appears that the petitioner is senior bank Manager, who has got no direct link with the amount deposited by the complainants, who are Anganwari workers. L.I.C. Micro appears to have entered into a deal with Lakshya. The amount, which was deposited in the account of Lakshay was not directly dealt with by the petitioner. The petitioner has joined the investigation. Main accused Sandeep of Lakshay appears to have committed suicide.
The petition is allowed and interim order dated 11.7.2014 is hereby made absolute subject to all the conditions u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
