Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in FIR No. 300 dated 14.12.2013 under Section 419, 465, 467, 468, 471, 472, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Kapurthala City, District Kapurthala. Heard.
Petitioner is in custody since 26.12.2013. Challan has already been presented in this case and conclusion of trial may take time. Balwinder Singh, co-accused of the petitioner, has since been allowed bail by this Court vide order dated 17.9.2014 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. M-12907 of 2014.
