Counsel for the complainant has stated that the matter has not been compromised. Statement of Rajesh Singla respondent No.2 has not been recorded by CJM, Panipat. Even the brother of the complainant Manoj Singla appeared before the said court but stated that the terms and conditions of the compromise have not been complied with.
In view of the above, the dispute having not been resolved, this petition is disposed of as not maintainable at this stage.
Dismissed.
Copy of the terms and conditions, which are required to be fulfilled by the petitioners, has been handed over to the counsel for the petitioner by counsel for the complainant.
