Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. The claim of petitioners is that FIR No. 47 dated April 13, 2013 under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471, 120B IPC registered at Police Station Balachaur be quashed qua petitioner No.3 and that their representations annexures P-1 and P-2 have not been considered.
In the reply field, it has been submitted that the petitioners in conspiracy with Ram Murti and Joga Ram have committed fraud with

Parminder Singh and that challan has already been presented after completion of investigation and all the petitioners have been charged.
In view of the above circumstances, there is not ground to pass
