He submits that the charge-sheet (report under Section 173, Cr.P.C.) has already been presented before the learned Area Judicial Magistrate, Narnaul, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the pleas, taken in this petition, before the learned trial court
in accordance with law at appropriate stage.
Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
