It has been submitted by learned State counsel that the petitioner has already been transferred to Gwalior Jail vide order dated 03.12.2013 passed by Additional Director General of Police (Prison), Punjab, Chanidgarh and he has been sent to Gwalior Jail on 13.02.2014.
As the relief sought by the petitioner has already been allowed, the present petition has become infructuous.
Dismissed as rendered infructuous.
