Prayer in this petition, filed under Section 482, Cr.P.C., is for grant of permission to the petitioner, Mohit Kaila, son of Avinash Chand Kaila, resident of C-81, Sector 56, Noida (Uttar Pradesh) to go to Jakarata (Indonesia) from 28.4.2014 to 27.5.2014, during pendency of the investigation in a case arising out of FIR No. 100, dated 25.11.2013, for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 498-A, IPC, registered at Police Station, Women Cell, Jalandhar.

Learned counsel contends that the petitioner is a citizen of India and serving in a multinational company, namely, GENPACT Headstrong Services India Pvt. Ltd., D4, Sector 59, Noida. He further submits that on account of his official exigencies, the petitioner has to visit Jakarata (Indonesia),

therefore, he may be permitted to leave India and go abroad for a month. He further contends that except Jakarata (Indonesia), the petitioner would not visit any other country during the period for which he is seeking permission. He further contends that the petitioner is ready to furnish a bank guarantee to the tune of `15,00,000/-.

Learned counsel for the State as well as learned counsel for respondent No. 2 have no objection in view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Heard. 5. In view of the above submissions of the learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is allowed. The petitioner, Mohit Kaila, son of Avinash Chand Kaila, resident of C-81, Sector 56, Noida (Uttar Pradesh), is permitted to visit Jakarata (Indonesia) for a period of 30 days from the date he boards the aeroplane, subject to his furnishing of a bank guarantee of `15,00,000/- (Rupees fifteen lacs only) from a nationalized bank, to the satisfaction of the learned Area Judicial Magistrate/Duty Magistrate, Jalandhar. Within seven days of his return to India, he would report his arrival to the Station House Officer, Police Station, Women Cell, Jalandhar. The order passed by this Court shall remain operative for three months from today.
