From the record, I find that Jagir Singh Saini complainant filed a complaint against Chittosho Motor, Managing Director Mandeep Singh Dhaliwal, Baljinder Singh General Manager, Sandeep Singh Saran, Manager, Parmod, Deputy Manager, Raveesh Rehani, Media Director and Kulwant Singh, Chief Co-ordinater. The main case as per the complaint is that complainant with intention to purchase a new car, after disposing of his old car, came in contact with the accused company and offered to sell his old car to them. The offer of complainant was accepted and old car of the complainant bearing registration No.PB-65A-1480 was purchased by the accusedcompany for a sum of 55,000/-. At the same time, the employees of the company started marketing about their vehicle Swift Dzire and represented that the same is a very good and comfortable vehicle. Accused No.1 to 5 also provided a rate description charge, as per which the price for the said vehicle was quoted as 4,58,770/- for LXi model and `5,06,557/- for VXi model. It was represented to the complainant that VXi model comes with various additional features than LXi model i.e. integrated and company fitted music system, body coloured side mirrors, body coloured door handles, body coloured bumpers and company fitted central locking system. As per allegations of the complainant, instead of VXi model, LXi model was given to him, which he came to know later on and when he contacted accused, they misbehaved and manhandled him.
